Capabilities:

• Incorporate up to 6 powders with addition levels from 0.1 to 100%
• Use binders that produce the desired dispersion characteristics
• Binder temperature can be controlled to achieve the correct flow or droplet formation.
• Produce agglomerates to tight specification and controlled particle size distribution (typically 250 to 1500 micron)
• Produce on batch or continuous processes

Capacities:

• Pilot Plant - Batch basis up to 500 kg lots
• Production units - Continuous basis with rates from 500kg/hr to 5 tonnes/hr

• Raw Materials - Bulk, Big Bag, Rigid IBC, Drum or sack
• Products - Bulk, Big Bag, Sack, Drum or Box
