Capabilities:

• AMCOL DETERGENT SPECIALTIES can select from it's variety of blending techniques the most suitable system to homogeneously blend your powders / granules. Process selection is dependent on the physical properties of your material including particle size distribution and friability.
• AMCOL DETERGENT SPECIALTIES also has the facility to make liquid additions to the blend

Milling & Size Reduction

Capabilities:

Milling a raw material of up to 50mm in diameter (250mm for clay) to produce a tightly controlled milled powder. 

A variety of milling techniques are available.

• Screening of final product to customer specified range

Capacities:

• Continuous operation from 1 - 20 tonnes /hr dependent on material properties.

Packaging:

• Raw Materials - Bulk or big bag
• Products - Bulk, big bag or 25 kg sack
