Blending
Capabilities:
- AMCOL DETERGENT SPECIALTIES can select from it's variety of blending techniques the most suitable system to homogeneously blend your powders / granules. Process selection is dependent on the physical properties of your material including particle size distribution and friability.
- AMCOL DETERGENT SPECIALTIES also has the facility to make liquid additions to the blend
Capacities:
- Pilot Plant - Batch sizes up to 500 kg lots
- Production units - Batch and continuous batch with batches from 1 to 4 tonnes and rates of up to 20 tonnes/hr

- Raw Materials - Bulk to Sachet
- Products - Bulk, IBC, Sack, drum and box
Milling & Size Reduction
“Reduction of particle size by mechanical means"
Capabilities:
Milling a raw material of up to 50mm in diameter (250mm for clay) to produce a tightly controlled milled powder.
A variety of milling techniques are available.
- Screening of final product to customer specified range
Capacities:
- Continuous operation from 1 - 20 tonnes /hr dependent on material properties.
Packaging:
- Raw Materials - Bulk or big bag
- Products - Bulk, big bag or 25 kg sack
