Quest Slurry P is an established product that has been used for many years as a 2 - in -1 softening Through the Wash additive for use in liquid detergents.
Quest Slurry P has been developed by selection of bentonites such that no other additives are required to stabilize the slurry. Thus, adverse reaction with liquid detergent components is avoided as Quest Slurry P contains only bentonite and water.
Our extensive knowledge of addition of bentonite slurry to liquid detergents means ADS can assist our customers to achieve an easy transition from laboratory to plant scale production.
Capabilities:
- Stable bentonite slurry at a concentration of 24% is available
- Customer specific slurry production of stable dispersions or sols (colloidal dispersion) using powder or lump material with hot or cold liquors and incorporating stabilisers where necessary.
