Our Zeolite / Non Ionic product range has excellent dispersion & solubility profiles & contains only zeolite & surfactant. Our processing expertise allows for up to 45% surfactant in our zeolite / non ionic agglomerates.
Processing Advantages
Traditional batch manufacture of detergents – and continuous processes - will at some point require a spray on of surfactant to other components.
With the ADS range of surfactant agglomerates, a cost effective solution can be achieved by adding the agglomerates as a dry feed into the blender / mixer.
Dry blending will eliminate the steps of:
- Surfactant Spray time
- Cleanout time
It will improve:
- Finished Powder homogeneity
- Dispersion of surfactant
The cost saving in terms of time saved in production can be easily calculated to show the cost benefit of addition of ADS Surfactant agglomerates.
