Processing Advantages

Traditional batch manufacture of detergents – and continuous processes - will at some point require a spray on of surfactant to other components. With theHousehold & Fabric Carerange of surfactant agglomerates, a cost effective solution can be achieved by adding the agglomerates as a dry feed into the blender / mixer.

Dry blending will eliminate the steps of:

• Surfactant Spray time
• Cleanout time

It will improve:

• Finished Powder homogeneity
• Dispersion of surfactant

The cost saving in terms of time saved in production downtime can be easily calculated to show the cost benefit of addition ofHousehold & Fabric CareSurfactant agglomerates.
